SpoiQ™ End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Spoiq Technologies AS (“SpoiQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the SpoiQ mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
3. Use Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the App.You may not use the App in any unlawful manner or to violate the rights of others.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create using the App.You grant SpoiQ a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process such content solely to operate and improve the App.You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to record and share your content.
5. Local Storage
Content created using the App is stored locally on your device by default.We do not store or process your video content on our servers unless future features are introduced.
6. Sharing and Watermark
When content is shared outside the App, it may include a SpoiQ watermark visible to recipients.Original content within the App remains unmodified.
7. Pricing and Subscriptions
The App is currently provided free of charge.We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or modify functionality at any time.Any payments will be processed through applicable app store platforms.
8. Intellectual Property
The App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to SpoiQ.You may not use SpoiQ trademarks or branding without permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpoiQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.This includes loss of data, use, or profits arising from use of the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement or if necessary to protect the App or users.
12. Changes to Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time.Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Norway, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
