SpoiQ™ Terms of Service

1. Overview

 

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SpoiQ mobile application (the “App”) provided by Spoiq Technologies AS (“SpoiQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).By using the App, you (“you” or “User”) agree to these Terms.

 

2. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

 

3. User Content

 

You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record and share it. You grant SpoiQ a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your content solely as necessary to operate and improve the App.

 

4. Local Storage

 

Content is stored locally on your device by default.

 

5. Sharing and Watermark

 

Shared content may include a SpoiQ watermark visible to recipients. Original content within the App remains unchanged.

 

6. Pricing

 

The App is currently free. We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or modify functionality at any time.

 

7. Acceptable Use

 

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation.

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpoiQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

10. Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the App or its users.

 

11. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time.Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

12. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
